Man unites himself with the world in the process of creation (Eric Fromm)
As a trained musician and artist, creativity plays a major role in Helen’s life. She believes that everyone is creative in some way and offers positive methods of accessing the creative self.
Many of Helen’s clients have found that talking is not the best way to communicate and express themselves. She facilitates them to use creative means such as writing, collage, voice work and taped music to cope with stress and anxiety and gain deeper insight into themselves.
Helen is available for individual and group counselling as well as workshops in creative techniques.
